@nickintp Yes, upper imlant retained dentures are possible and by doing so you can eliminate the uncomfortable palate making eating and chewing so much better. Implants cost the same regardless of whether they are upper or lower.

How come nobody ever talk about the "upper implant part"? Is upper implant dentures possible and if so, are they much more expensive or do they cost about the same?
