  • Listen. Theres nothing as TONING your body. You cannot do spot fat removal. Jump roping helps you remove the fat on your body, by burning calories. It dosent develop musclemass.

  • @dkzjesse jump rope does tone your body and in a small dose it does develop muscles. You definitely won't end up looking like you did some strength conditioning.

  • does it help you tone your arms too?

  • @nikiioli not exactly but I guess the sheer fact that you're moving your arms could be beneficial.

  • What areas does this help tone the most?

  • @THEdevilWEARSprada29 Jumping rope will have a positive effect on your feet, ankles, calves, hamstrings, glutes. But really jumping rope is great for your entire body for more reasons than one.

  • A+ video

  • Indeed skipping is a great exercise but Posture first please or you're asking for calf problems. Cause or effect - Debbie is able to do this because she is integrated. You can start by taking your shoes and socks off and going for a walk. Happy Running :)

  • Skipping is so good for you, she's out of breath after less than 3 minutes! A+

  • Wow Debbie has amazing cardiovascular strength. What you must understand about jumping rope is, you must have a very strong heart. It develops your heart muscles and makes your stamina go up. But please, start with a timer. Do 10 seconds at a time and slowly build your self up. Debbie did about 2 minutes.. amazing pace.. She made it look so easy. Amazing video!
