For checking your level in your resevoir you can drill a hole use a rubber gromit and some blue see through tubing. Do you use an ir stone in your resevoir to keep the water full of oxygen? just suggestions.. you have a nice set up there sir.

@jaxx050679 I plan to install a float inside the reservoir with an indicator on the outside. See-through tubing sounds much easier. I may wind up doing that instead. I'm not using a stone. AutoPot makes an aeration screen that goes in the bottom of the pot that you connect to a pump that provides oxygen directly to the roots. I'll be installing those whenever I change plants. Thanks for your suggestions.
