EU uses nazi policies.and im gonna scream that out.(btw..i think key to curing diabetes r not injecting β-cells but supporting the second system of cells that absorb insulin(the one that 'actiavtes'' when we excerise)

some years ago i read an article that β-cells were injected in diabetes type 1 and they were k for one month.maybe pharmaceutical COMPANIES want diabetes NEVER TO BE CURED cause they earn so much money by us(diabetics)

The one thing that has changed my life for the better with type 1 is my diet. I don't get jealous when i see my friends eating white bread or having a carton of orange/ apple juice. We can live without chocolate and sweets and unhealthy cereals. I know I'm now much fitter than my friends because of my diet and exercise. Yeah having it is a real pain in the a** but no dark situation is without light.

Are you serious? Just go to any medical book (Harrinson's Internal Medicine or Robbins and Cotran's Pathologic Basis of Disease) and you'll find all of that explained to you. Type 1 diabetes is caused my an autoimmune response. It may be triggered by several factors, for example viruses that affect the pancreas (like the caxumba virus).
