  • You skipped many crucial steps.

    You should at least rack into a 2 litre bottle after primary fermentation and put a balloon with pinholes on top. Leave it until there is no more carbon dioxide, then de-gass and bottle.

  • The echo effect that runs though out this video is one inch from surreal. Like the last post said, very strange, but you can tell that his heart and intent to educate is in the right place. Its better than some film college pieces that touch on the fringe of quirky weirdness. :D
