I like the monotones that get their own solo lines in this song. The black hair ones. And the band stopped appearing after the episode with them performing on the street. I wish they could return. They haven't been on the show for years. And I like the line "Then they helped his mother when she went and shopped for food"

Wow! This is such an uplifting segment. To me it delivers children a message that you don't have to be spoiled or successful to feel good about yourself. Self confidence can stand all on its own.

Whatever emotion they sing about, Little Jerry and the Monotones make it clear to children that feelings can be talked about and expressed fully. This song and the 'I'm Sad' song are are perfect examples. Thanks for finding this.
