Looks good, but looks expensive with all those gadgets, i ll stick to my remote control until the prices of those tablets pc's and the other devices drop

That has potential and with a lot of ideas could be turned into something big. i.e. it could be linked to a home security system where you can see all around your house from the UMPC and speak to the burglars / trespassers and say (GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY HOUSE!)

Hi, I'm looking for something that will work in the USA,
give me web connnection anywhere, anytime, let me do web email, be a PDA with contacts, calendar,and a phone. It must be under 800 USD. Suggestions?

The $800 is the challenge. Look at a Dopod 838pro perhaps? I just got one and it is sweet.
