I would put a wooden dowel in it to make it stronger.

Ive been making Paracord Kobutans for years. I do the same box-not style, 8 inch long, but instead of glue I burn the ends. I then soak the paracord in cold water for about 5 minutes. Let it dry and then repeat, do this once more and it becomes quite hard.

w0w I never knew if you added super glue of 2 bottles or tubes it make it super resistant and coated hard finish.Who knows it may be around for decades as you made it be that way. Kewl video and method you did. Thanks for sharing your idea. I'm geting an idea from seeing this and don't know as of yet.
