PS22 Chorus "THE CLIMB" Miley Cyrus

Here is a performance from back in September, when the kids appeared on the VH1 DIVAS 2009 special!! The kids filmed 5 songs from 5 of the DIVAS that performed of which they aired 2. Furthermore, they learned all the songs the day we filmed them! VH1's Save The Music Foundation has come through with getting to us those performances, both the ones that aired and those that didn't.




Here is a beautiful acoustic piano version of "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus as performed by the PS22 Chorus of 2009! This performance was not featured on the show, so we're really happy to finally be able to share this one. And April still "rules the world!"

i feel that you have shifted the chorus' focus to more on select soloists. your older videos.....i.e. fireflies.....were much more group oriented....i still like it though.......... :D

these DIVAS vids were from last year. the fireflies vid is actually more recent. and 3 of the kids' most recent song debuts (22, walking on a dream, and under the milky way) have no soloists.

so if anything i'd say the reverse is true.  :)

@joeshmoe43210 I think featuring soloists is actually a wonderful thing. I know you weren't being negative though......just wanted to paint a brighter picture to featuring soloists. A lot of kids are shy, and singing in a group is a fantastic way to "venture out" so to speak. However, when one is shy and offered a chance to shine and receives positive feedback.....what a wonderful thing! Peers see this, and it's infectious! It's team building! It also teaches kids to set goals high!
