In Trent's words: "Upon reflection, the NIN/JA tour felt like we had to rush through sets due to a limited allotted set length and many shows were in daylight it just didn't feel right to end NIN that way."

This was the first of the two Chicago shows, taking place at the Aragon Ballroom. Little known to us, Trent had been ill for a while previous to this show and had stated something about almost canceling the second Chicago show because he felt so bad (which he actually had to do with two of the final California shows after all.) You would never know he was sick if you were judging such on his performance, though, as this was one of the most energetic I've been privy to as of recent.

The show was, without question, amazing!

  • The two los angeles shows have been canceled?

  • Actually they were postponed (I was thinking about revising that in the description) but at first the Henry Fonda show seemed to be canceled:

"Were very sorry to announce that Trent is ill, and on his doctors orders we will not be able to perform tonights show at the Henry Fonda Theater."

I'll edit the description to reflect the fact that they were postponed as opposed to flat out canceled.

  • Any chance of you gettin the whole show up on here or on a torrent site? Your videos are amazing

  • love the cheer go up when the synth went down!!

  • I think I had sat in the exact same seat in the Balcony on the 2nd night. That was verbatim my view. Were you in or next to the chair that did have a back to it?

By the way, great footage. I was really hoping you went to and taped a few of the final shows.

  • hands down amazing. nice camera work there. I have never seen him so animated on the stage. It's sad that now we never will get the opportunity again. thanks to you however it is immortalized on youtube! it has a vaguely "destroy to create" feeling to it (trent, not you)

  • Man that was like perfect camera work.

  • 4:50 to end = fuckin WIN!

  • Trent 1

    Microphone Stand 0

  • Absolutely awesome. Can't wait to see the rest!

  • Its pretty stupid that these guys are packing it in, its going to be sad to see them go. They are the best band I have ever seen live.
