  • look people getting great abs is about losing body fat, not ab exercises.

  • Train your obliques and you will soon see results. Most people only train their M. rectus abdominis for the six pack.

    But the obliques shape the waist. Just try it.

  • the v-shape is genetic. It usually happens when your in good shape, and do cardio excersices. I suggest running, basketball, or any sport, and lifting weights.
