As part of our Operation Health Freedom series, Judge Andrew Napolitano looks at health care and a justified use of Congress' interstate commerce regulation power. Americans should be free to buy insurance across state lines.

  • What did I dish out? What joke did I make? Nowhere in the world has ever been as free as America was before the introduction of socialism in politics in the early 20th century & it's been a slow progression to communism ever since. You're the one on a Campaign for Liberty video clip arguing against that freedom in favor of a system that could never work in America & which has killed millions & has failed in every that has ever tried it.

  • If there be anyone who can make a sound argument contradicting what this man says, do so. If not, contact your senators and representative and demand that they break down interstate barriers. If all who believe in the cause of liberty act, there is no way they can stop us.

  • This idiot is a clown

  • @smokydave saying mistakes happen is not the same as saying there is a lack of regulation. on the contrary, his point was that no amount of regulation will ensure a mistake will never happen. nobody said that the government caused the spill either.

  • @Leofus1986 so the libertarian response to the BP oil spill was to complain about excessive regulations? Missed that one, I only heard rand paul saing 'mistakes happen', and the rest of rhetoric was about small government and how it's the government's fault that BP was violating so many standards. Which to me is kinda like blaming the cops because someone ran over 50 people on their way to work in the morning while saying 'accidents happen'.

  • @smokydave there's just one problem with that statement. libertarians don't complain about a lack of regulations when something goes wrong. we complain about excessive regulations when something goes wrong.

  • its amazing that libertarians simultaneously complain about a lack in regulation over corporations when something goes wrong, while complaining about any possible increase in regulations over corporations. waste time thinking in circles much?

  • I learn my ass off everyday so I can one day have the knowledge of Ron Paul and the Judge so I can pass my knowledge off to others like the Judge and Paul do for us

  • @MishuTaste as mark twain said, common sense isnt so common....

  • No problem.
