I always have a problem with stairs :( Does anyone else have difficulty with visualising climbing/descending stairs? I've listened to similar guided meditaions before & had that same thing putting me off, I just couldn't imagine any stairs being in a meadow,I don;t know why!....Any ideas please....Thank you too :)

@3BANX I never met my spirit guides. they haven;t revealed themselves to me, either that or I just haven;t gotten good enough vision to see them yet. (I have 6 guides)
When your guide tells me something, it;s not through words, it;s through a sudden knowing, without any thought involved, I'll just know all of a sudden, like someone paused time, told me everything they wanted to tell me, then pressed the play button again.

@10birdk That sounds OK. Different people get different perceptions of the experience, so just go with whatever comes up, even if it doesn't make sense initially.

@TheThunderGirl1 For some people, meditation can have a negative effect. If so, just don't do it. You may have such an active imagination that you don't need meditation anyway :-)

I did it and as I was looking around it starting turning dark and I turned around a girls face with black hair over her face looked at me :( she looked young and extremely scary, what does that mean?

@chipcoonrocks It means that you either connected with an energy that ws looking to you for help instead of guiding you, or you connected to part of yourself that brings up these scary images. I hope this helps.
