I totally agree with him, I want one done to, its something that is in our minds, something physical, I can't really explain it but I think the most of you would understand, I understand what he is saying, about going to someone and not looking funny or something, great job man, you inspired me a lot, I am going to do the same over 3 years

Yea im sure theyre great at what they do, but after watching the movie Touristas no thank you.
Having a prettier nose is not worth getting you kidneys sold in the black market.

I think the BEST and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America.
