Some easy 200m, 100m Splits, 970m Tabata Row

all I can tell is that there's a little bit of muted hip flexion here. the long stroke clearly works.

  • if that makes sense. I know it seems like your legs wont be doing anything but your legs are at their strongest when they are neearly full down. Get up on you tip toes at the catch and just haul on the oar like its that last thing you will ever do. Rate the shit out of it try get to 55+spm. Use your back a lot at the finish also because your arms arent going to be able to hold that power you just generated. And also put the damper setting on 10. Check out my vid its not pretty but it works

  • ok let me tell you something if you want to go fast over 100 or 200m on the erg this is what you have to do. Raise the footstretcher setting to the top this makes your legs more paralell to the direction you are pushing so you can load up you legs a bit more. 2nd you need to have absolute disregard for human life and technique. 3rd the idea is to use your back a lot, get you back over soo much even if its mayorly curved. Row half slide with your legs but try reach full strok with your back

  • its all about the hip flexation

  • y is this on youtube
