I'm a masculinist
Yes, I hear what you're saying,
"What the fuck is that?
Are you pissed?
Has feminism finally shaken you to your core?
Has it turned you into a pussy whore?"
Well, no.
Maculinism has one simple thought:
Men are human being too.
Yes, I hear you, feminists.
I hear you go "EW!
Men are humans too?!
Those gross, slouchy, farty, burpy things -
THOSE are human?"
Well, yes, nuclearnight, feminists world round:
Men are humans too.
"What about the women," you say?
Well, you can be feminists,
the group that men can't join.
Y'know, finally something that doesn't involve your pussy,
are you're in an uproar.
Female priveledge much?
Though, really, I'm not a masculinist.
I'm a humanist. But, as one feminist pointed out to me,
"That just isn't fast enough for politics."
I was watching some johntheother's videos recently:
"Feminism Is Not An End (Its merely a tool in a longer program)"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtdC3ixEaF0
"Ode to the Odious Fatuous Fat Fuckwit"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9QhaCiwzHUQ
That part about Masculinism being exclusive to males?
NuclearNight says feminism is exclusive to females:
"Feminism Isn't About Dudes"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CY7gK13Pp0E
feminism was never about equality. That was a lie to gain support and indifference from men. It is simply a means to gain power for women over men at any cost.

"Anti-Statism"
People often ask for positive, rather than negative philosophies. The positive version of this are "Emergentism", "Voluntaryism" (or Voluntarism, I think, though there's apparently debate about this), and I think a few others that escape my mind at the moment.

"Which is why I said meh. I don't agree on all her attitudes towards men, mind you, but meh."
Gotcha.
SomethingSea1 11 months ago
@TheGravenIdol I agree. I have been dipping into feminism a little bit, and I don't find it an appealing philosophy, preferring instead humanism. So far I have not encountered any decent arguments for being a feminist. And yes, that's partly because of my first introductions to the philosophy. I don't see a great need, however, since I consider Anti-Statism to be a philosophy rather important to spread. I keep noticing a high tendency of feminists to use the State for any- and every-thing.

"Then you're blind to her attitude, but I don't really care to debate this point."
Which is why I said meh. I don't agree on all her attitudes towards men, mind you, but meh.

@SomethingSea1 You're misunderstanding what I'm saying dude.Like, completely.Since it's late I'm bound to miscommunicate some points and if that happened my apologies.Just wanted to point to some lame male gender roles. I don't agree with Nuke on everything and to be quite honest I don't really care to watch the video. I'm just annoyed that some people judge an entire political philosophy based on the actions and words of one person.Ur missing out if you're letting a few ppl colour your views

@TheGravenIdol
So: Why are you a feminist? What's the appeal? Why not a humanist? Why choose women over all of humanity? Or, if you think that's a strawman, is there any sort of friendliness between humanism and feminism? Is there any sort of combination? What about guys? The reason I ask is that, right off the bat, there's an obvious female bias: "femi"-nism. Can this, or is this, universally applicable to all humans?

@TheGravenIdol
"I know there are rigid and retarded gender roles for guys too."
Did I say that all all females are feminists? Did I say that feminism was a gender role?
Check out Nuke's video where she said Feminism was exclusive to women, which is what that's based on:

"In Nuke's defense she's never said she hates all men or denied the stupidity of their gender roles but meh."
Then you're blind to her attitude, but I don't really care to debate this point.
SomethingSea1 11 months ago
@SomethingSea1 Oh! Oh! Pick me! I'm a feminist and I certainly don't hate men at all. I know there are rigid and retarded gender roles for guys too. Let's do a quick example of a stereotype of a guy on TV. The oafish father, like Homer Simpson is seen in a lot of sitcoms and it isn't good. Also in cartoons or whatever the boy being more stupid then the girl also lame.In Nuke's defense she's never said she hates all men or denied the stupidity of their gender roles but meh.
