I don't know exactly what they meant by the window. But I interpret it as hope. A window of opportunity (so to speak) in what is essentially a wasteland.

@TheDuDe536 you wanna listen to songs with alot country influences, listen to A7x's song Gunslinger or Dear God... this may have country influences but it doesn't sound like country. country music never uses sus4 chords or keyboard synths....

@TheDuDe536 it's not country... it has no resemblance to country music aside from the fact that there are acoustic guitars. it's just a metal ballad.... notice that nearly ever metal band has atleast 1 ballad song....
