A video tribute dedicated to those that supported me for my KOTC fight and its my reason to fight for them. Even though I lost my debut professional fight, but I gained more than I lost. The song is titled "Book of days" by Enya.
It's easy to be a fighter, but it's hard to be a human being.
I'll like to extend my thanks to Douglas Lam,Owen,Jason Quek,Ashraf,Zhiwen,Pst Kong and Xing Jie

E.g. Aikido (handlocks) cannot be simply mastered passing white & orange belt test; and BO fighting in brown belt. What is missing in that art is- no real identity, no tradition and no spiritual training, etc. So I learn 1 art at a time. After Ninja-Do, I so-called completed my TKD syllabus and is currently learning the Kyokushin Karate style of fighting. But ultimately, depending on you're looking for really. If you just need some form of exercise....then any martial art can do. Cheers
Im from the pioneer batch of Ninja-Do students, in 1985. Though I achieved my black belt, I continued to see more Do than any Ninja as I still feel funny why it is called Ninja-Do. Ninja-Do was fanciful during my era and grew quickly. We could easily see 1 to 2 hundred students in centralized grading. IMO, "Ninja-do" gives you a flavour of popular martial arts but doesn't train you to really master any. For 1 simple reason - none of the skills are shelf-created.
I agree. I give credit for having the gonads to step into a KOTC match, but based on the sparring footage, skill and technique leaves alot to be desired. Grappling and ground skills are required in any MMA event these days. Is the KOTC match on youtube?
