does the right-leg out mean "pass on my right"? I know of the left-hand wave to move forward. I thought right-leg out meant hazard on right-side or something.

on this tuning session they tell u to do that when ur ready for someone to pass as the straights arent really long enough and there isnt any passing on the corners.
