Hitler was the type of Christian that picks and chooses aspects of Christianity and the Bible to justify the wicked things he did and make the wicked things seem holy. Much like a lot of Christians today using Christ as a way to justify hate and ignoring the parts of the Bible that disagreed.
I agree that Hitler had no connection to the divine, But in Hitler's mind he did because he blatantly ignored the Bible verses condemning his actions and he was able to find verses praising his actions

@heenaee Um...Hitler also wrote "The German people has the solemn intention of living in peace and friendship with all civilized nations and powers..." How did that work out ;).
The Nazis planned to eradicate Christianity long before Hitler got power.See my videos and esp. the notes and links here where Time Magazine and Rutgers University publish documents from the Nazis showing they had plans to destroy Christianity even in the 30s.:

Hitler actively disputed religion and thought it was a blight on the planet.
He was not a good man at all, but he certainly wasn't Christian. (this is coming from an atheist, mind you.)
