These are great I had some that were really similar be carefull when racking because if the cheap plastic slots that u place them into break its a pain to rack them

Great review. I wanted the Bowfles's for christmas, but i believe my wife watched your review and got me these. Only thing is that they are branded "Weider". Same weights thought. Beset decision she could have made. I like these 100X more than i would have the bowflex.

Now that its about a year later since you posted the vid, how are the weights holding up in regards to durability? The plastic tab/lock holding up? No plates fallen out during use? Do you still favor these over other adjustable dumbbells?

@grichey273 as I stated in the video they may be al little heavier which is nice because you get more weight that way. I have not actually weighed them so I do not know.

Quick Update: I have been using these dumbells for the spartacus workout which you can search for on youtube and it is awesome!
