the warning sign

Oh, all right. What about the part at the end? Was that just the signal too?
-
Analog and digital radio both broadcast at the exact same frequencies... So why couldn't they do the same with television???

The nicest part about analog is that, instead of just seeing a signal meter, you get a complete picture of what's happening. For example - I could tell that you were in a bunch of trees because of the severe multipath and certain color blending and whatnot... looking at enough analog, you can instantly tell interference (including sometimes what frequency it's at, or if it's another channel), multipath, and approximately what's causing it, and other issues - analog had its good points.

I have one too... the Analog Tuner was never that great. My Sears early 1980s portable TV with the knobs picks up analog wayyyyyyy better

it's a Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick using EyeTV on my macbook, also I have lots of trees around my house, and WAAYs analog signal was always bad here, even with the outdoor antenna I have.

wow! It actually happened.
Is the color fluctuation part of the change? I didn't see it.

No, that's just the signal drifting in and out. I live in the woods in northwest Madison county near Ardmore, even with my outdoor antenna the signal still drifts out here due to the trees.
