This video is designed to inspire you to train harder. Time is short. Let's push ourselves to the limit!

Manifesting an energy ball on the physical plane will likely take tremendous intensity of focus, but at the same time great sensitivity.

This training can be done anywhere. However, I advise training in darkness, or low light conditions.

ik u get like many messages a day, but i really need your help, i have been practicing for 2 hours strainght for two days now and have had no results at all. i put a cup over it so if it does move ik i did it, but nothing happens :( and i am worried nothing ever will, plzz write me back, im very desperate thank you so mych!!
