Oh my God, are y'all upset?! Geez his statement literally said "The challenges we face are unprecedented in their size and scope, and we cannot rely on quick fixes or easy answers to put us on the road to recovery" and "We can rebuild our schools, but we need people to be mentors and tutors in those schools". Don't complain about your country sucking if you're too greedy, lazy, or selfish to try and help it out.

@nibirushock Listen closely to the first few statement...we can build new schools, build new hospitals,....essentaily we can only spend money on NEW construction...but, we can't pay for employees or anything else. My state just got the education lottery a few years ago..it's laying off teachers, but, 2 new schools are under construction. I was told the lottery WON"T/CAN'T spend money on anything but NEW construction. Yet, commecials for the lottery say it has SAVED teachers jobs...
