Look at these vermin. Back in the 60's Philadelphia neighborhoods was working class, industrial factories employing majority of Philadelphia residents. I really don't like saying this because I really wish it weren't true, but it is; black people run down and ruin the economy and property of every neighborhood they live in. That's why once nice neighborhoods like: Frankford, Kensington, South Philly, North Philly, etc are all completely ran down to shit. The blocks look like a 3rd world country.
