Singer and children's entertainer Raffi was so inspired by late NDP leader Jack Layton's letter to Canadians that he turned it into a song and the recording, which he is encouraging Canadians to share, was released today.

If only everyone could see this for what it really is, a tribute to a man who seemed to truly want change. It's a shame that some people feel the need to relate conspiracies and political ideals with a song meant to be inspirational. People can be as unhappy as they like, but don't expect anyone to care about how you feel if you can't be bothered to be civilized.

not bad at all, to many critics here,take the good out of it, gives me goose bumps listening to it. makes me feel hopeful when i hear it and almost cry tears of joy.....but everyone's a critic i guess
