another case of police going overboard for a simple domestic call. i think there needs to be a different department deal with that sort of thing. officers trained in psychology & without guns

The Police Department would have RESTECT, CREDiBiLiTY, & SUPPORT of the community if they ACkNOWLEDGED the wrong doing of their Psycho officers, punish & FiRED them, INSTEAD of covering things up.
If there wasn't the testimony of Officer Virgillo against Killer Cop, they wouldn't investigate this as a murder case despite the forensic evidence.
