Alex is my favorite example of black belt that I know in real life. Actually he's one of one 2 black belts I know, period.
Alex is a 4th degree black belt. I don't understand what the degrees mean, but that's what he is. He's also a gr8 example of a respectable black belt.

you are extremely mature in your teachings..
I commend you, for this lesson is applicable not only for in-class martial arts teachings, though to every single aspect in our life
100% agree with you
thank you for reminding me of who I wanna be

When I did Goju the rule was that if you walk into another person's dojo you are always a white belt. No matter what belt you have now no matter what training you've had before you are always the junior, unless you are teaching the class. The other thing we learned was 'military virture' . This mean you must always treat all those with more experience with respect. And it mean that you always look out and nurture those with less experience than you.

I know quite a few kids and older students at my school that need to watch this.

Well, this question can open a lengthy discussion; but I believe the core of your question is regarding how discipline is achieved. Typically, discipline is achieved either through respect or through fear; one is genuine and the other is insincere. I would ask you to explain "how" you intend to be more 'casual'? Then I can advise you more accurately.
