@Elinitsam Dude...you obviously haven't been to my school :D

I must say... sock puppets may not be the best way to show how homeschool is cool. Just sayin'.

@petergonefar I got news for you miss perfect, their are some kids out there who were homeschooled and turned out just fine. Oh and one more thing you're suppose to captialize the first word in a sentence, which you did'nt. Shows what you know.

@iopabc123789 Yeah i hate getting yelled at too. I hope someone yells at those mean stupid teachers. Someone should educate them with their fists.

@drinkmoresoda Hey not so fast smart guy homeschooled kids do learn some stufff and at least they dont have to deal with nonsense like popularity and bullies.

School benefits nobody but liberal money hungry, powermad teachers, their unions, special interests and government bureaucrats! It works for the administrators and against the students and their interests due to curricular uniformity (a one size fits all package). I remember my bathrooms in high school having no toilet paper and during lunch we were not allowed outside. It was like a prison setting. Worst of all school endangers students safety and is bad for their mental and physical well being

I've never heard of that town before but it does sound very interesting.
Positively, would you say that's what a public education can give you?
I'm homeschooled and jellojellybeangirl seems to understand the benefits of homeschooling. What I've noticed is that even in bad school situations is that a graduate can get decent grades in that specialized situation.
And homeschoolers who don't have problems can grade above average in even a pressured situation

@petergonefar but not ALL kids are like that. I'm surprised the state allowed it, there are laws and criteria for homeschooling, they ahve to meet all the same standards as public school for one to be able to graduate. And I agree, there are people who abuse it, but not everyone who homeschools is like that, so don't rag on people like it is.
sounds like you dont learn shit most your reasons for being cool are that its not school... at least public school kids learn some shit.
