About a month ago, in Salem, WV the same type of sound was heard by my wife and I on 3 separate occasions. The sounds we heard were more like a giant steam locomotive. My thoughts are it is either some sort of government(s) project, Blue Beam, HAARP or some unknown project or possibly the sound the Earth makes when it's being subjected to unusual gravitational stress. But it is funny, that with all these videos I've seen nothing in the media...whatever is going on, it's pretty strange.

@lipin007i I'm sure there's lot's of fake videos now. There was only one video of the sound I heard, a giant steam locomotive sound but I'm pretty sure that whatever it was it probably wasn't somebody on top of the hill behind my house with a loud speaker at 3AM to scare me.

@xXFRISJEXx Maby, i dont know. But i know something is happening from own experience. To me it sounded like a whole fleet of rusty slow moving airplanes. Hard to explain without sounding like a nutcase.

Quite obvious really ! The current blast of protons from the sun, (and the other solar radiation), has to be the cause of this. For the same sound to be recorded globally, (if not a hoax), would point to only one source. The sun ! We are experiencing a blast of solar activity at the moment.

What we could be hearing is the acoustic resonance of planet earth being 'plucked' by high energy particle 'waves' !

@xXFRISJEXx At the EISCAT in Tromsø they also have an Ionospheric Heater facility with a Frequency Coverage of 4 to 8 MHz. In contrast, HAARP in Gakona, Alaska has a Frequency Coverage of 2.8 - 10 MHz. You could say that EISCAT is the HAARP of Scandinavia.

It's scary, I'm in Montana,..I thought it was just a plane at first but it never "landed" It kept going on for about ten min. straight and it sounds EXACTLY like this! I'm shocked,....

@DinjenPolevaulter It's weird tho... norway do not own anything like a HAARP, and we don't need any of them ;) and it's heard all over the world now and it's been very active this month : p
