This is a guide to get Master Ball on Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
If the cave is closed on your game, you can't get it, it's to late.
If you want more Master Balls you can clone the Master Ball. ONLY POKEMON EMERALD!!!

5 ways to get Master Ball:
1. Inside Aqua Hideout
2. Trade it from a friend. (If you play Pokemon Emerald, you can clone it then send one Master Ball back to your friend)
3. 1th price in the lottery in Lilycove City. (it's very very very hard to win)
4. Use cheats like Gameshark or Action Replay. (Not the safest way. Not recommended)
5. Or you can start a New Game.

I can't imagine how many people raged after finding out tht this was the only way to get it legit and the cave gets sealed off

@pencilpoint100 Nope just get a shit load of ultra balls and chuck them at the legendary make sure you save before you like attack it or what ever

what's really weird that i coundn't find the masterball in emerald, so i tried to catch kyogre, groudon, and rayquaza without it, and i manage without it!

on my first playthrough i didn't know about the master ball
so i had to catch every legendary with a ultra ball and it was a pain
