If they have theguts to bulldoze the decayed zones and bring back solid manufacturing jobs...they might have a chance to save some of the best of what's left. I doubt it. It sure looks like Detroit is goner. A sad indictment on poor management, stupid politicians, unions who wanted too much and the riots og the late 60's. Detroit imploded.
