@itachistabsyouagain not really.Kairi has his own version of hadoken and doesn`t have the Spinning kick and he can do shoryuken but also do a air combo out of it(to compensate for no spinning kick) and do a Beam attack(that i think burns his hand) and his own version of Sgs.Kairi is really his Own character gameplay wise and actually a Unique shoto character.
