Under Used Elites: Quick Shot

This skill is almost never used. Many people don't get what this skill is meant for. Quick Shot is used to shorten the time between an attack and yur next attack. You start your next attack near the end of your attack's ANIMATION, and Quick Shot speeds things up a bit. It is for spiking. In the video i demonstarte what i mean.
Skills:
Troll Unguent
Expert Focus
Keen Arrow
Quick Shot
Sundering Attack
Penetrating Attack
Lightning Reflexes
Ressurection Signet
The order of skils i supposed to be Keen Arrow-Quick Shot- Sundering Attack- Quick- Penetrating Attack. Quick Shot adds more damage fast. I know Penetrating Attack and sundering got nerfed and aren't that good anymore but they are still decent for spikes. I chose them becuase of their fast attack speed. Quick Shot builds are meant to deal a lot of damage in a short time.
Attributes:
12+1+3 Marksmanship
8 Wilderness Survival
10+2 Expertise

Quick Shot is so over-used by assassins now for Crit Interrupter, but I guess back then no one knew how to use it... still, great build ^_^

Take out Wilderness Survival, put in Double Shot and a Conjure, so it's 12+2 or +4 Bow Mastery, 10 Element Magic, 8+1 Expertise.
It's a nice pressure build if you are going to GvG or AB.

i swear i go to pedition rock in prophecies and i can never cap this skill :(.. anyone wanna help me?

Oh and also use needling shot for a fast spike and some good dmg other than that 5/5 :)

why not just add called shot and needling and a conjure flame or whatever and take away keen and 2 of those armour penetrater away

I hate lightning refelex's too short or have they changed it? Id much rather swap it for whirling Def.
