Björn Ulvaeus fantastiska tolkning av Gunde Johanssons och Dan Anderssons underbara 'Omkring tiggarn från Luossa'.
Låten låg 52 veckor på Svensktoppen fr.o.m. november '72, den släpptes först på skivan Våra vackraste visor 2 (1972) och året därpå på skivan Dan Andersson på vårt sätt (augusti 1973).
Det var den först av 3 gånger som Björn och Benny slog Svensktoppenrekord. Nästa gång blev 1997-99 med 'Guldet blev till sand' som låg på Svensktoppen 110 veckor. 2004-09 var det dags igen med låten 'Du är min man' (278 veckor).
Björn sjunger solo och Benny Andersson spelar piano.

Wonderful interpretation of Björn Ulvaeus and features Benny Andersson on piano. The song spent 52 weeks on the Svensktoppen chart in 1972-73, which broke all previous records and wasn't replaced with a new one until 1990.
It was the first out of three that Björn & Benny broke the Svensktoppen chart record; in 1997 it was time again with the song 'Guldet blev till sand' from the musical Kristina från Duvemåla (Kristina).
In 2006 the record was replaced with another song, but B&B got the title back for the third time with the song 'Du är min man' which was on the chart for 278 weeks between 2004-2009.

I pity anyone who doesn't understand the Swedish lyrics in this song - it is absolutely beautiful. And probably quite difficult to translate - it stems from the very core of Swedish folk music.

It is also one of the first collaborations between Bjorn and Benny in this pre-ABBA era.
