LGBTs Persecuting LGBT Activists: STOP IT!

The LGBT activist is perhaps one of the most persecuted people among the LGBT community. The persecution of LGBT activists not only occurs by anti-LGBT people but also by our fellow LGBT brothers and sisters. However, sometimes criticism of LGBT organizations and activist are fair. On the other hand, some critics just criticize and criticize and never offer to help.

Sometimes we activists make mistakes by expecting everyone else to be activists too. How can we be patient with non-activists and inspire and encourage them to join us without alienating them? Can we accept that some LGBT folk will never be activists but still encourage them to contribute to the betterment of LGBT life in other ways?
