The negative comments are straight out of the bank's desperate anti-"El Barzon" playbook. Insult as deadbeats the very people you are ripping off or worse grinding into poverty. While you run to the government for bailouts to keep your bonuses stratospheric. Any Americans still fooled won't be soon-Dubai's contagion is loose.
Get my book to know your options.

DAve 997, asking her to learn how to handle money is unfair. She spent the better part of a decade handling roadie 1 headed warriors in the back of band trailers and she still didn't get it right. Your setting the bar too high.

This chick is a dead beat. People like this shouldn't be given a garden hose let alone loans or lines of credit.

Here's a one point plan for you. Don't spend money you don't have! Use cash! If you don't have it, don't buy it.

You spent money you didn't have (on crap) without bothering to read the fine print and now you are going to "revolt"? Good luck in court.

People like you are why this country is in it's current state. The rest of us that bought homes we could afford, have saved for a rainy day and did not abuse credit will have to pay for the deadbeats that wouldn't do the same.

The naysayers don't get it. This economy will go further south when the true problems in commercial real estate can no longer be denied.
When that happens there will be even more job losses, which means those who do owe will get ratejacked to make up for those who can't pay.
If you fall into either camp you need my book.

why don't you call them and ask them what they plan to do w/ the loans? i'm sure if you send messages to boa incessantly like you do on youtube, perhaps the likes of ken lewis will respond.

Secondly, A simple sugguestion for you, call another credit card company and roll over the balance... you'll be surprised at the rate you'll get for 6 months...

As your talking though RockerChick, one can't help but notice your living in a pimped out pad, with a ton of collectors items... You lived beyond your means and agreed to borrow the money at an outrageous rate and didn't pay it back at the end of the mont then it got hiked... I don't have those nice things sitting in my house, I pay my credit card off every month and have money saved in the bank...

@antidebtorsrevolt
Even though I have a family tree full of slaveholders I'm not apologizing because AFAIK collective guilt isn't generational (but the Bible does say that sins are passed down for 7 generations, so there may be something to that). Collective guilt is debatable, what's not debatable is that many Germans did see Jews rounded up, others smelled the smoke from the crematoriums.
BofA IS responsible for what it does with those loans going forward from the CW acquisition..
