I had the 5901 install on my mazda 3 2010 but the technicain did not know how to work the locks to lock and unlock i'm using the mazda remote to lock my car and the viper remote tto arm it and disarm do you know why

We have had similar problems with some 2010 vehicles.  It may be that the interface is not available or the tech documents are not available.

These are great wastes of money, why buy a 500.00 vioper when you can get the same crap in valet hornet or sidewinder no name DEI for 125? DEI is the biggest sham company out there.

I had 1 installed at dealership at the tjme i purchased my truck. I thought it was great till i woke up in the mornings & truck was running on its own. I usally gas it up the night before for work & twice it was empty the next day. My mother in law has same problem & I feel bad cuz i recommended she install 1 in her car.they are not worth the headaches

I have a 2007 mazda 6....can any certified technician install this on my car? or is there a special way to program the remotes to my car?

In most countries Remote start systems are illegal and/or and in some countries they have states banning remote ignition starting systems becasue of legal implications. some of the reasons being that insurance companies will not cover vehicles that have remote ignition systems, Their not %100 reliable The clutch can be left or automatically slip into gear or vehicle can be mobilized without a driver, and you have to think about the people or kids playing near the car, or property damage.

ok when yu have a remote starter n yu jump out of your car while its runnin in go in the store for examp n yu lock your doors do yu have to leave the keys in with the remote attached n hit a button while the keys are still in the ignition then take them out or just take them with or do yu have to turn the ignition switch a certain way n then take them out while in park still get back wit me please peace

My viper alarm keeps starting up my truck. It happened at least 15 times last night, all night. Ive already had it rewired because this was an issues in the past and it obviously didnt help. I cant find how to contact the company and all of the "dealers" want at least $50 to look at it. Great product....
