great question...!

projection as taught in most books who really want to make money is really just projection... construct of the mind and imaginary projection... the mind is very capable

true astral "TRAVEL" is TOTALLY different and incredibly Powerful....!!! when I was taken from my room by lightbeings and sent to or taken on astral Travels is when I realised the things people think to be astral projection is just construct of the mind... more like a dream....

people who can truely leave their body whilst awke and conscious and do it on their own are rare and are usually shamans or mystics...

however soul does it when we sleep :) so you do do it while asleep....

its probably a better solution to try to work on dream recall and control rather than waste time trying to exit you body whilst conscious and travel this way... the body has protective measures that are difficult to override..

Higher beings can step in and take people on real trips and that is absolutely mindblowing nothing like projection.

basically true travel is when you can see real things happening for real somewhere!! projection is more of a dream

@shekkinaa I know where your coming from and that is your perception. To me yes things is this world is unfair and unjust but this is the lesson of duality. Ok saying that we choose to come here chose the vessel we wanted to incarnate in. So why would anyone want to incarnate into the body of a starving African that will probably die as a child due to lack of food and drinking contaminated water. Just something for you to meditate on. Just going through your videos again and always has that same wonderfull feeling as the first time I watched them. It has been truly amazing to visit other dimensions of reality, lifeforms. To be relieved from the unfair unjust rule we have in this reality in the physical. Where the human race is being disconnected from the spirit in order to be controlled and manipulated. I would like to see this world be free and be at peace like many of the places i frequently visit and 1 i like to call home

I Remember i had a astral Dream the most real I was just for a quik trip i saw myself between walls big ones and from up i saw the china wall it was big i stood for seconds and i left leaving behing just a spots and shadows they were trees. I never talk about it i feel that no one belive's what i had it was real. I have nothing now is been long long with out having a dran like this mostly they were flaying dreams i miss them before i just said tonight i will fly and happens!no now..

@lickybits i have, just last night too, but if u slip up or almost crash into something in those dreams, your "REAL" body will shake in fear, and will wake you up.
