By the late 80s Krause had made a name for himself in the Home Improvement Industry and was a highly sought after salesperson respected by his competitors , and building product suppliers. From 1987-1993 Krause went to work as a salesperson/manager for a large window and siding contractor and quickly became the top producer in the company where he learned how to run the entire business , dealing with , advertising, suppliers, building permits, office staff, skilled labor and day to day business operations.
