"Body wanting to reject it" I think she means "I love the fatty, creamy, starchy taste of cheesy potatoes and I hate vegetables because they don't taste as good so I'm going to spit it back out like a 2 year old". If her body really rejected a food, it would be akin to food allergies and she would have to be rushed to the hospital...
