i recently heard him in a duo with swiss pianist hildegard kleeb in vienna, playing the music of eric dolphy and anthony braxton. killing, he's a giant!

Roland Dahinden is also an unrecognized genius on the trombone. I first heard his music years ago. It's a shame more people dont know about this excellent musician.
