http://mrr.trains.com/ This how-to video shows some of the realistic and prototypical train operations on Model Railroader's HO scale Bay Junction project layout. Executive editor Andy Sperandeo will also describe the accurate placement of model signals and other trackside details on the layout. The Bay Junction is part of MR's Milwaukee Racine & Troy HO scale model train layout, which features DCC digital command control, realistic scenery, great detailing, and weathered structures to represent modern-day Wisconsin railroading.

  • Can you come and see the layout?

  • I visited Kalmbach Publishing's headquarters several years back. It's very neat to see this portion of their layout all built up because when I saw it, it was just plywood!

  • nice video, weird music...loved the switcher though

  • Very well done. Looks like fun 2 me.

  • swell job MR staff

  • Excellent video - I thoroughly enjoyed it.

  • @108chicken I completely agree with you. It is like solving moving puzzles. By far, my favourite aspect of the hobby.

  • Got to be honest - I am disappointed you did not show the switching moves. This is missing from most 'operating session' videos.

  • i need this

  • Is it me or is this video sped up at times?
