  • Hey there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • Hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with it.

  • I got the book on Kindle on sale for $2.99, and have been on the diet for a week. I'll admit I've cheated a few times, but I'm already seeing (very) small results. I don't feel bloated, I've lost 2-3 pounds, and I feel better. It was a very good buy.

  • abs diet third day and even without being perfect (have snuck in white flour a little but will cut it out) I feel so much better than i did before. No bloating. Flatter stomach already. it's crazy not having to deal with the bloat i used to deal with and I eat more too.

  • Been on the abs diet now for about two weeks and let me tell you it works great! It really starts to look great when I watch my progress in the mirror.

  • i am also about to start this diet.not so much to lose weight but to start eating healthier, although i am a little overweight, the only thing i am wondering is, because of my type of work where i walk around and lift heavy objects all day, actually it feels allot like coming out of the gym at the end of the day. so i assume i should be taking in more calories than he recommends so how could i calculate the amount of calories i should take in?

  • Great video and great review. Just bought the book and i am super excited to read it. Im an athlete and im just looking to eat the right foods and help to stay fit during the off season. Thanks a lot for this vid.
