Strange, Thomas Stone (MD) did it the same year. We weren't as good as them but we got 1's. Southern Maryland is not exactly known for it musical aspirations. :(

Good job. We played this song my junior year of high school in 2001-2002. Listen to his song galactic empires...it's amazing. We played it the following year. All of his songs awarded us straight 1's...but we never expected anything less lol

i still get the chills every time i hear this song.
yall did an excellent job, although 7:28 was a little rough...deserving of that standing ovation nonetheless.

we played it at Music for All 2008 and fortunately we mothersuckin killed it!
