Excellent video. Our children remain rearfacing until no car-seat can accomodate that, then forward facing until no car seat can accomodate that and then we move to a high back booster, then a low back booster. The only suggestion I have is to remember that most vehicles only have LATCH systems to 40 lbs and to check your vehicle owners manual to determine the weight limit on the LATCH system in your car.
