Test drove the Fit and I wasn't impressed with some of its qualities: road noise and engine noise, particularly when downshifting. I actually preferred the drive and feel of the Fiesta and the Sonic, surprising as that may sound.

my Mazda get 34 around town and 37-39 on the highway...and on a long road trip I took it got over 42.7....and besides my roomie has the same Honda Fit...and his mileage is lower and it is buzzy on the highway.....

Volkswagen has all three pedals swiped to the center of the cockpit and doesn´t have same space as Fit does. Comarable to VW Fox. (drum) By the way, drum on car reviews, sucks.
