HIPAA INFORMATION UPDATE: http://www.privacyrights.org/fs/fs8a-hipaa.htm#5

Please read the whole thing, but specifically reference the clause under section 5. Control of Your Medical Information: "Consent" and "Authorization", where it answers the following question:

Can I be denied treatment or coverage if I don't give my authorization?

No. Treatment or health care coverage cannot be denied because you don't sign an authorization. Again, there are exceptions. If the authorization is for research-related treatment, you may not be allowed to participate in the research program without giving authorization to disclose your information. If authorization is requested from a health plan prior to the time you enroll and you refuse to give your authorization, you may not be allowed to enroll.

  • Someone with the court bonded your case and is surety on it. Probably the judge. They're looking to make you surety to pay the bond. Revoke power of attorney under common law.

Serve it to the judge, clerk, prosecutor, DA, police department, arresting cop(s), Sheriff, State Attorney General and comptroller of currency with proof of service to each. File it into your case.

  • Hi there zonsb.

    That is strong.

If its OK, I'm going to speak for everyone and ask, how do you/we/me do that specifically?

I'll take the steps if I have a little more detail.

Your commentary on these video is great.

    Thank you.

  • Lawyers are first and foremost "officers of the court" as "member of the bar". They are not actually working normal meaning of your best interests.

The beauty of that is,they must abide by those constraints but YOU dont. That is why lawyers appear threatened by your questions. Process and procedures are the biggest stumbling blocks in order to access the power of an individual vs officer of the court.

  • This is hillarious! You absolutely have the mind of a child. You admit that most people think you're not intelligent! "[the attorney] seemed to respect that I had a certain level of intelligence that most people don't" You say you were kidnapped because you were taken against your will, but you previously said you didnt resist arrest. I'm glad you had a "learning experencial process"! ROFL

  • Lawyers check the papers for arrests, and send out promotional packages to people who are likely gonna need a lawyer. My brother got a shitload of them after he got busted selling heroin.

  • @lopytube no idea of cost of co-counsel - sorry. I cant remember where I heard it from but the whole court thing is a mine field. Lawyers work for the Courts and not to help the people at all - its all a farce - Peace

  • @tazzym1

    do cocounsellor cost more.

F#@$ Im really not trynna hire one of those"things"at all.I gotta look up the definition of ward far as the courts

  • make a fee schedule and enter it in, so next time you can bill them for your time.

  • If u ever have to go to Court (keep away at all COSTS) hire a Lawyer to act as a Co- Counsel - therefore you get him to ACT only for YOU and not for the COURTS.and you can OVERRIDE anything he says if he steps out of your BOUNDARIES & SAY SO - Love yr vids - Keep the Faith - Peace :) UK

  • WHAT IS THIS MAN NAME

  • @PheonixHeart1974

yep, proof of claim, right to face claimant....

  • @zonsb

I've looked it to that. It seems that that is basically paper proof of the "I do not consent & waive the benefits", & should work. A group I am w/ is doing good just verbally, which is "proper NOTICE" face to face. Just need witnesses. Where 2 or 3 are gathered in my name. ;)
