Nothing to see here if you ain't a Vidéotron subscriber.
Video recorded live to show how bpm:tv looks like on Videotron when a music video needs high bandwidth. The problem exists since 2004 and has never been fixed.
As you can see on page 5, there's nothing wrong with the receiver.
