The third part of a line-up of the most remarcable Jazz sax players. (Unfortunately, Some saxophonists, like Harold Land, or Hank Mobley, are represented only by photos, due to inavailable film footage of their live performances.) Blues & Jazz allowed musicians to use the saxophone in solo improvisation reachin' it up to a level never heard before in music history. So, mr. Adolf Sax's invention become one of the most expressive instruments in the Jazzband. The tenor saxophone, for instance, played a primal role in early Rock'n'Roll (50's), Saxes can be heard today in a vast number of musical typologies: Soul, Rhythm'nBlues, Fusion, Pop, Rock, New Music, Afro-Cuban, EtnoJazz, World Fusion, Contemporary, and many other styles.
